Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment

late arrivals

You are given up to 15 minutes to show up to your appointment. Once this time has passed the service cannot be provided and you will be charged a 50% fee to the card that you have on file with us. If you are less that 15 minutes late (or in some circumstances when you are 15 or more minutes late), the service may be shortened in order to make sure we run to schedule but you will still be charged the full amount of the service you booked.

 

rescheduled within 24hrs

48hrs notice is given for you to cancel or reschedule if you need. If you chose to rescedule your appointment with less than 24hrs notice you will be charged a 50% fee to the card you have on file with us. During holiday peak periods this can go up to 100%.

 

cancellations

We do everything we can in order to make sure you have enough time to cancel an appointment if you need to. 48hrs notice is given for you to cancel. If you cancel with less that 24hrs notice you will be charged a fee to the card that is on file. The fee will be 50% of the service you had booked with us. no shows

We do everything we can in order to make sure you remember you have an appointment with us. 48hrs notice is given for you to cancel or reschedule if you need. If you don't show up to your appointment regardless if you forgot or not you will be charged a fee to the card that is on file. The fee will be 50% of the service you had booked with us.

During holiday peak periods this can go up to 100%.

IF THIS FEE IS NOT PAID YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BEING ABLE TO BOOK WITH US AGAIN UNTIL IT IS PAID IN FULL.
