Make a booking request online and you will receive a phone call confirming details of your booking and any requested add ons.
You will then receive an email before your booking with details for lockbox, cleanliness checklist for when you leave and basic terms of entry.
How it works
Our studio is beautifully lit all day and enjoys afternoon sun.
Our photographers have enjoyed all times of the day but particularly morning till 1pm, (depending on what you would like to shoot). For overcast days we do have soft box lighting available on hand for you to use.

We have a full size 3 metre backdrop in the colour white marshmallow as well as sand dune beige and lavendar in our half-size backrop.

Use the key to unlock the door and then please return the key once your booking time is complete. If you ever leave the space unattended you must lock the front door.

This is for you and other's safety as well as if issues arise due to cleanliness or damages in the space. WW has no liability for yourself or your belongings. Please keep this in mind if you choose to leave your belongings unattended.

There is no inappropriate conduct or sexual acts on the premises. Bikini/lingerie shoots are fine as well as nudity for branding.
(Examples; images for a body cream brand, images for a breast feeding tea brand,
an editorial/creative shoot or pregnancy photoshoot).
Strictly no OnlyFans content.

Please be mindful that this is a coworking space so Mon-Fri people may be working upstairs in the office. If there are people upstairs please keep noise at a conversational volume and if you are playing music the volume may be up to 25%

We love our space and take pride in it's cleanliness, so please do the same and leave our space as you found it. A basic cleanliness checklist inside the space must be completed before you leave.

There is a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and kettle for you to use upstairs if you wish. There may be people working in the office space so please be mindful.
Do not use any of the office desks unless you have paid for an office space.
NO PHOTOSHOOTS upstairs.

Our space is our pride and joy so it is important that all furniture, decor and facilities are looked after as if they were your own. Damages and substantial cleanliness issues will result in a fee sent in an invoice to yourself.
Any fees incurred will be determined by the operator and security footage may be obtained. If you have incurred any fees you will be contacted by phone or email and an invoice will be sent. If the invoice is not paid by the due date you may be blocked from booking with us again and under extreme circumstances police may be contacted.
Total absolute maximum fee that might be paid for damages that cannot be repaired is $600.

If the facilities are left dirty such as dirty dishes, crumbs, messy bathroom, dirty floor or furniture placement is incorrect a cleaning fee may apply: $25-$150 depending on the extent of the mess. Any Damages that may occur where a contents insurance claim has to be made the maximum excess fee is $500.
